We want to be in the boardroom with our clients flushing out the concept before technology is ever discussed. That is our Whiteboard Stage. Basically we grab dry erase markers and map out what your venture looks like from a business perspective. We throw ideas at the board and rapidly develop on concepts. Our planning or ‘proposal’ stage is more rigorous than a mere whiteboard can handle. We take all the ideas from our conversations and analyze technologies, team-building, budgets, phases, project management methodologies, iterations of testing, and create a timeline for you.
